A Little of This and a Little of That...

Sorry that it's been a while since we've blogged. I have been down with the "crud" for almost a week...in fact, today was the first time Madi and I left the house since last Friday. We were both going a little stir-crazy! However, the next few days are going to be very busy, so there will be alot to blog about soon!
Madi is slowly becoming mobile...not in the crawling sense just yet, but she can scoot and flop and roll just about anywhere! She can scoot on her belly on the hardwood floor, but she can only go backwards. Last night she scooted on her belly all the way over to the sofa table and got trapped! Mean daddy Andy made me leave her there fussing while he took a picture... :) (Oh, and please excuse the ugly dead leaf on the plant. It has since been removed).


The weather has become pretty chilly around here, so today we pulled out some of our winter clothes. Madi looked precious in this sweater, turtleneck, and blue jean ensemble that her Gran got her right after she was born!

Tomorrow we are having Christmas pictures made...hope we have a happy, smiling girl at 1:00 tomorrow! Friday we're headed to Prescott for an early Thanksgiving celebration with Andy's parents, and then we're headed to Nashville next week for my family's Thanksgiving/Christmas. Can't wait for the holiday excitement to begin!
