BEACH Vacation Part 2

We began our second full day at the beach, of course!  Andy and Madi built a sandcastle with a shark (which is a little hard to see)

 We then had some rest time and got ready to go to Fudpuckers for a great dinner out!

 We got back just in time to catch the BEAUTIFUL sunset off our back porch!  LOVE IT!

 We woke up Tuesday and headed back to the beach! We talked Madi into being buried in the sand this day!  She loved it!

 After rest time on Tuesday, Andy and I got to enjoy a wonderful datenight in Destin!  We watched "Now You See Me" and ate at a delicious seafood restaurant and then walked around our condo complex just enjoying the views.  A perfect evening!

 On Wednesday, we decided to "break" from the beach and drive to Panama City to visit Gulf World!  We saw some amazing ocean animals and shows!

3 of the female dolphins had just had babies within the last few weeks, and it was SOOO neat to see the babies swimming around with their mommies!  They were so cute...they'd do everything their moms did!

 We saw a reptile show, dolphin show, birds and furry critters show, and a sea lion/dolphin show.  All of them were great!  I think the birds were my favorite...

This bird was being suspended in air in the wind tunnel blowing on him!  Pretty cool!

 We got to see a lot of neat sea animals very up close and personal!

This turtle was within 2 feet of us!  So cool!

One of the sea lions was thirsty, so he just got him a good drink from the water hose!

 We finished that day with some eating and shopping! 

Thursday was our only somewhat rainy day (it sprinkled a little).  We did a little swimming in the pool and just took it easy around the condo.  Then the four of us walked to the beach during the early evening to play in the sand.  Kids loved it!

  Our final day, Friday, was beautiful, so we spent most of it on the beach or in the pool!  This was our last evening swim!  Micah was showing us his muscles!  :)

The lazy river...so relaxing and fun!  Just wish my kiddos enjoyed it as much as Andy and I did!  They'd rather be playing in the pool than relaxing on a tube!  :)

We really did have such a memorable week...one we will never forget!  I'm so thankful for my parents inviting us along and providing so much for us!  We all had such a good time relaxing and just being together as a family.  It was a little hard to come back to reality, but the sweet memories from the trip will remain!  Looking forward to next year!  :)
