 Our dearest Micah,

WOW!  Has it really been one WHOLE year since I held you, my precious baby boy, in my arms for the first time?!  What an amazing and blessed year it's been because you've been a part of it!

 We have seen God's Providential hand on EVERY aspect of our lives this past year, and giving us the blessing of you is definitely the top thing on our list!  You have been such an easy, happy baby and just an absolute joy to be around! 

 Your sweet smiles and giggles just melt our hearts!

 We prayed for a precious, healthy, baby boy, and God certainly heard our request and gave us you!

 Watching you grow and develop into your own little person is so fun to watch.  You are like your big sister in several ways, but you seem to be a lot more outgoing and "mischievous" than she ever was!  :) You are definitely also developing your own likes and dislikes these days, and you let us know about them!  :)

 Everyone you spend any time around mentions what a happy and loving child you are.   The nursery workers at church fight over who gets to play with you!  :) I thank God for this and pray that you continue to grow in your love for Him and for others.

Some of your favorite things are being outside, playing with cars and trucks, throwing a ball, and taking things in and out of containers.  You also LOVE the dogfood bowl and emptying the pantry (AHHH)!  :)

 

You wake up happy every morning and after every nap, and when I come into your room, you are standing up in your bed bouncing up and down with the biggest smile on your face!  Melts this momma's heart!

Thank you for being the blessing that you are, precious one.  Your daddy, sister, and I love you from the bottoms of our hearts and pray that you continue to grow into the wonderful young man God would have you to be.  Happy 1st birthday, buddy boy!
