Zoo!

Friday was such a BEAUTIFUL day, so we decided to take off to the zoo! We talked Clint into taking off of work so he, Crystal, and Ryan could go along with us. We started out with a picnic at the park across from the zoo. Madi absolutely loves sitting on a blanket, snacking, and playing with her toys. Here she is drinking from her "big girl" cup.

We got to watch the elephant show and pet them! It was really neat to see these massive creatures up close and personal.

This female lion would snap at Clint's fingers when he tapped the glass. Kinda scary!

Here we are riding the train (which was a let-down because it only lasted maybe 5 minutes and cost 2 bucks a person!)

Madi had just woken up from her nap and was going strong, but Ryan was almost out at this point.

We had such a good time. This was Andy's first trip to the LR zoo, but it most definitely won't be our last! We really enjoyed the day!
