Today was Madilyn's very first church service! Here's our family photo on the way to church this morning -- I think it's the best one we've taken yet! :) Aren't my two girls gorgeous?!?! Madi is wearing her going-home-from-the-hospital outfit. Jen is wearing a pre-pregnancy top! Yeah! She has lost 27 pounds since Madi has been born. She has always looked absolutely wonderful, but it just gets better and better with each day!Anytime a baby comes to our church for the first time, the pastor calls the parents and baby up to the front, gives the baby a little Bible, and has prayer for the baby and the parents. Today was our day! We are so blessed by and thankful for our church!
Madi was a very good girl during church. No crying at all - just sleeping. Everybody said she was beautiful! Not that we didn't know that...but it's still nice to hear! :) :)
