Snow Days at Gran and Gramps

We have had a great last few days playing in the snow! Andy's quartet left Sunday to begin recording their 3rd CD in Nashville, so Madi and I took off to Pine Bluff to spend a few days with my parents. We barely made it there before the roads got bad with the winter weather. Once we got there we knew we could enjoy the wonderful snow because we wouldn't have to get out and go anywhere for the next few days if we didn't want to! As you can tell by the pics, Madi really enjoyed the snow!

Gran had to clean out her closets because they were having new flooring put in, and she came across some bubbles. That kept Madi busy for a while!

And this is probably my favorite picture from the trip! Madi got into Gran's makeup bag the first night while we were cooking supper and had lipstick all over her face! We asked her to pose for a picture and she made her "silly" face! Too cute!

We had a really fun time! The only thing that could have made it any better is having Andy at home with us. Maybe we'll get another round of snow this winter and we can show him how to have fun!
